Li Xi elected Party chief of NE China's Liaoning province

SHENYANG -- Li Xi was elected Party chief of Northeast China's Liaoning province on Friday at the first plenary meeting of the 12th Liaoning Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China.
Born in 1956, Li is a native of Liangdang in Northwest China's Gansu province.
