Triggering controversy: Poetic or neurotic?
Some net users applaud him as "dedicated and poetic" and "the gift in one's childhood". Comments online included"the father is cultivating the son to appreciate the charm of nature"and "the most valuable is accompaniment of father."
Others ridicule him as "neurotic" and "making a show of himself". Some even thought riding a cow polluted the environment.
Li notes he does not understand the online world, and does not intend to engage in the debate. "It dose not matter," he says. "All my actions are based on my own pursuit. I mainly teach my son to lead a poetic life, and feel the beauty of nature."
