China records big progress in supply-side reform

China has made great progress in pushing forward the supply-side reform, cutting steel and iron overcapacity by 110 million tons and coal overcapacity by 400 million tons, He Lifeng, chairman of the National Development and Reform Commission, said on Saturday.
