Lithuanian Zalgiris lose to Red Star 77-65

BELGRADE -- Serbian Red Star beat Lithuanian Zalgiris 77-65 in a tense match in the 16th round of the Euroleague.
Both teams played strong defence in front of some 6,500 fans at Aleksandar Nikolic hall as Red Star managed to lead 33-31 before the break.
The match continued in slight favour of the home team, but in the fourth quarter the Serbian team exploded and gained a double-digit lead over Zalgiris.
Taylor Rochestie had 16 points and 10 assists for Red Star, with Dejan Davidovac 13 points and Dylan Ennis 12.
Kevin Pangos scored 19 points for the guest team.
At the "half-time" of the Euroleague, with 16 more matches to be played in the regular season, Red Star remain 11th while Zalgiris on 5th.
Next week Red Star will travel to Istanbul to face Efes, while Zalgiris will host Spanish Unicaja.
