Lady M devises new desserts
Four new seasonal desserts are on offer at Lady M's second brunch in Beijing, bringing New York's flavors to the Chinese capital. Earl Grey Mille Crepes infuse Earl Grey tea in light cream layered in between crepes and garnished with a tea leaf. Miroir Caramel contains three layers of pure caramel mousse, dark chocolate mousse and chocolate sponge cake. The Black Forest cake has silky layers of dark-chocolate sponginess, and the Pumpkin Nuage combines pumpkin pie and pumpkin cheesecake.
