Equestrian competition kicks off in Wuhan

An equestrian event for the seventh Military World Games kicked off Saturday in Wuhan, capital of Central China's Hubei province.
More than 100 equestrians from 17 teams will participate in the two-day competition, in which they will ride horses to cross over various obstacles. Four gold medals will be awarded to champions in the event.
The equestrian event is a test competition for the seventh Military World Games, which will officially take place in Wuhan between Oct 18 and 27, according to Xinhua News Agency.
