Software signing ceremony held via video conference amid outbreak
Qingdao was officially recognized as a characteristic city of software in China in December 2019, and this is the first major project in the city, in terms of software information technology services, after it received the honor.
To ensure the success of the signing ceremony Qingdao branch of China Unicom designed and completed the online video signing platform within two days, helping guarantee the synchronization, authenticity as well as the legal validity.
"During the critical period of epidemic prevention and control, Qingdao is leveraging online methods to accelerate business cooperation and attract investment and talents," said Wang Qingxian, Party secretary of Qingdao. "The city is making continuous efforts to improve the business environment to support the development of enterprises."
Xue Xiangdong, chairman of DHC, said he was impressed by the ingenious signing efforts by the Qingdao side.
