Respect China's sovereignty: HK justice secretary

Teresa Cheng Yeuk-wah, Hong Kong secretary for justice, told China Daily on Friday that foreign countries should respect China's sovereignty, enshrined in the Constitution of China and the Basic Law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, as the country establishes a system best suited to Hong Kong.
