Tibet autonomous region reports new COVID-19 cases

Tibet autonomous region reported seven new confirmed cases and 20 new asymptomatic carriers of COVID-19 on Thursday, health authorities said at a news briefing on Friday in Lhasa, the region's capital. On Friday morning, the region's city of Chamdo reported three new asymptomatic carriers.
Lhasa has decided to launch disinfection and sterilization in all communities of the city's downtown areas between 3 am on Friday and 3 am on Monday, according to a statement released by the city's health commission on Friday.
