Xizang's green source park certified for organic supply to Hong Kong and Macao

A fruit and vegetable park in Dranang county, Xizang autonomous region, has received certification to supply organic produce to Hong Kong and Macao, in a move expected to accelerate the region's agricultural development and broader market reach, according to Xizang Daily.
Xizang Green Source Highland Organic Fruit and Vegetable Industry Park is recognized as a key project for industrial support to Xizang from Hunan province and a crucial part of agricultural industrialization in the autonomous region.
With this certification, the park is set to make a substantial impact on the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area market, projecting an annual supply of over 1,000 metric tons of premium organic fruits and vegetables to Hong Kong and Macao, it said.
By integrating advanced agricultural technologies, such as intelligent greenhouses and efficient water and fertilizer systems, the park embodies a blend of traditional techniques and modern innovations.
