Over 140 members of the Communist Party of China from State Grid Tianjin Jizhou Power Supply Company were deployed to carry out emergency repairs and safety inspections. Working in five dedicated teams, they conducted door-to-door checks and replaced damaged infrastructure.
In one of the more challenging missions, Yang Yang, head of the company's operation and maintenance department, led his team through muddy mountain paths in Xiaoping'an village, transporting 200-kilogram generators on foot to homes still without power.
Supported by drone inspections and satellite communications, the teams managed to restore power to all affected villages by July 30, according to local officials.
