1 killed, 3 injured in explosion in Nanjing

One person was killed and three others were injured in a flash explosion in Nanjing's Gulou district, Jiangsu province on Friday.
According to a statement from the district's emergency response bureau, after the incident, fire department and medical services arrived at the scene for emergency response. The injured were promptly transported to the hospital for treatment and are currently in stable condition.
Preliminary investigation and inspection indicate that the flash explosion was caused by a gas leak inside the household. The building's structural integrity remains unaffected, and follow-up investigations as well as post-incident arrangements are proceeding in an orderly manner.
