So far, Zhu has guided over a hundred students, many of whom have won gold and silver in provincial and municipal skills competitions.

In 2024, he was recognized as an expert worker entitled to a State Council special allowance.

"I will continue to root myself in vocational education, integrating the craftsman spirit into every class and training session, cultivating more high-quality technical talents, and contributing to the high-quality development of vocational education and the construction of a strong manufacturing nation," he said.
