Beijing Capital Land Co Ltd，a Hong Kong-listed property developer, on Friday launched an online-to-offline platform to better serve its clients, as part of efforts to strengthen its competitiveness in a market downturn.

The platform, including commercial tenants, financial services and health care providers, organic food supplier and furniture manufacturer, covers almost every elements of a daily life and is aimed to better serve the habitants through a one-stop service.

"It is the time for the property developer to take advantage of the big data," said Liu Xiaoguang, chairman of Beijing Capital Group. "And the launch of the plat form is also part of our differentiated strategy."

An increasing number of property developers are strengthening their efforts in providing better services and products to its clients during a downturn of the real estate sector this year.
