Woman, 26, leaps from 18th floor, lands on 8th

Updated: 2009-10-13 08:51 A 26-year-old woman miraculously escaped death after she jumped off her 18th story balcony in Shanghai and landed on a balcony on the 8th floor. The woman told police she was upset after she was fired from her job as a saleswoman. She is currently being treated for multiple fractures at a local hospital. (Shanghai Morning Post) |
