Agricultural Bank of China (ABC) and Microsoft have signed an agreement to cooperate on electronic financial channels and the IT backup system of banks on Tuesday in Beijing, xinhuanet.com reported.

Guo Haoda, vice president of Agricultural Bank of China, and Steve Ballmer, chief executive officer of Microsoft were at the signing.
