BEIJING - The chairmen's meeting of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), China's top political advisory body, has proposed convening an annual session of the CPPCC National Committee in Beijing on March 3 next year.
It will be the fourth annual session of the 12th CPPCC National Committee. The draft proposal will be deliberated by the Standing Committee of the 12th CPPCC National Committee.
