Jacques Malaterre, renowned French director and producer, is known for his groundbreaking work in documentary filmmaking. In 2021, he ventured to China for an international co-production titled The Man of Beijing: The Last Secrets of Humanity, a sequel to his acclaimed documentary The Species Odyssey.
