Shanghai In't Film and TV Festival

上海國(guó)際電影電視節(jié)組委會(huì)8日宣布，第八屆上海國(guó)際電影節(jié)的舉辦日期定為2005年6月11日至19日，為期9天。第十一屆上海電視節(jié)也將于6月11日至15日舉辦，為期5天。今年恰逢中國(guó)電影百年，“百年電影”成為其最鮮亮的主題。

Shanghai In't Film and TV Festival

The annual Shanghai International Film and TV Festival will be held from June 11th to 19th this year.

This year's festival will mark the 100th anniversary of the China film industry.

17 films from home and abroad will compete for "Jin Jue Award" and over 200 films are scheduled to be screened during the festival.

And a special award for the "Most Influential Person in the Chinese Film Industry" will be given to two domestic filmmakers.

The festival's jury contains seven film industry celebrities, five from abroad.

First opening in 1993, this is the eighth year the Shanghai International Film and TV Festival has been held.
