Nicole Kidman fuels more baby rumours with mystery 'bump'

"Nicole and Keith are very proud of their Australian heritage and are determined to bring up their first child in Australia.
"They both feel that Australia offers better healthcare and education than elsewhere.
"Its an important issue as they don't want their child to be sheltered in an elitist environment, they want their firstborn to be brought up as a normal Aussie kid.
"They are also keen to ensure their child has a supportive family infrastructure.
"They would prefer their relatives to have a hand in the raising of their children, rather than rely completely on hired help," said a source.
Miss Kidman has also been keeping to a strict diet to give the child, which is expected to arrive late in the summer, the best possible chances of survival.
Shortly after her 2001 split from Tom Cruise, with whom she adopted two children Isabella, 14, and twelve-year-old Conor, she revealed that she had suffered an ectopic pregnancy and a miscarriage during the marriage.
