發(fā)改委的這份意見稿呼吁，加快研究針對快速發(fā)展的分享經(jīng)濟領域(rapidly growing sharing economy sector)的新的稅收規(guī)定(new tax regulations)。要加大努力，鼓勵分享經(jīng)濟企業(yè)(enterprises that deal in the sharing economy)與地方稅收系統(tǒng)的對接(dock with local tax authorities)，加快推進線上線下稅收管理政策一體化(speed up the integration of online and offline tax management policies)。意見稿指出，地方政府將購買更多分享經(jīng)濟產(chǎn)品和服務(buy more sharing economy products and services)，以降低運營成本(reduce operating costs)、實現(xiàn)資源利用最大化(maximize the use of resources)。
