The park, with a planned area of 20 square kilometers in Ziyun county is divided into three functional clusters: Maoying Industrial Park, Baiyun Industry Demonstration Park and Bayang Pioneer Park (for returned migrant workers).

Its major industries include stone processing, metallurgy and chemical engineering, light industry and high-tech industry. 7 enterprises have already settled in the park.
