The first Ruzhou public forum on traditional Chinese culture was held at the Tianrui Zhongzhou International Hotel in Ruzhou city on Feb 10, 2012. Over 500 people were touched deeply by the lectures on Chinese traditional culture.
The forum lasted for three days and aimed to carry forward socialist core values. Some experts were invited to give lectures on “l(fā)earning Chinese traditional culture and being moral citizens”.
The public forums on Chinese traditional culture have been held previously in Qingdao, Shijiazhuang, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Nanjing and Zhengzhou cities in recent years. The forum is free to attend and all the costs for hosting it are donated by corporations and individuals.
