Helpful Award – Cultural Volunteer Group

The city's cultural volunteer group, since founded in July, 2013, has made great contributions to regional culture and prosperity. The group has used innovative ways to lend a helping hand to locals, using a range of modern techniques. In 2015, more than 100,000 people in the city took part in 60 cultural voluntary events.
