Winning streak continues, 03/27

China's stocks rose for a seventh day, the longest winning streak in three months. CITIC Securities Co led brokerages higher on speculation the rally would spur trading and boost revenue.

The Shanghai Composite Index, which tracks the bigger of China's stock exchanges, rose 0.5 percent to 3138.83. The Shenzhen Composite Index, which covers the smaller one, added 1 percent to 841.48.

Turnover in Shanghai A shares was heavy at 11.41 billion yuan yesterday.
