Qiqihar (Heilongjiang province): Luoxiya Avenue
Dating back to 1901, the Luoxiya Avenue neighborhood was once a residence area for the employees of the Chinese Eastern Railway built by the Russians. Now there are 125 Russian-style buildings in the Luoxiya Avenue.
