50 foreign friends or family members to attend China's V-Day commemorations

Fifty foreign friends who had made contributions to China's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression (1931-45) or their family representatives, from 14 countries, including Russia, the United States, the United Kingdom, France and Canada, will attend China's V-Day commemorations.
Commemorations to mark the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression (1931-45) and the World Anti-Fascist War will be held on Sept 3.
The announcement was made at a news conference on Thursday.
