Expert: Japanese companies face serious challenges without China's supply chains

Hidetoshi Tashiro, chief economist of Japan's Infinity LLC and CEO of Terra Nexus Project Management Services, warned that the deeper risk posed by worsening Japan-China relations lies in supply chains, as nearly all Japanese industries are closely intertwined with China. He said that Japanese companies could struggle to survive if these supply chains are disrupted.
